malaysian passport with ep - looking for rush visa urgently

Question

I am Malaysian and holding EP in Singapore. I am urgently need to do rush visa. I am facing the problem to book the appointment via online. Can I go to the office directly? Between, if i process the Rush service on 27th Dec, can I collect it next day 28th Dec? need the advise urgently

Sorry, online appointment is required. Please refre to http://www.visaforchina.org/web/reservation/ReservationAction_preCreateReservation.action?visacenterCode=SGP1&request_locale=en  Urgent processing should be with approval of visa officers.
