Arriving at Dalian March 11-12, what's weather likely to be then? What are the best things to see?

Hi, it will still be a little cold then. The average temp is 4C or around. Therefore, you need prepare some winter clothes to keep warm then.
Because of the coldness outside, some indoor scenic spots are suggested, such as Tiger Beach Ocean Park and Shengya Ocean World. Natural Museum and Xinghai Square are also suitable to visit then.
