Do you mean the Changzhou city in Jiangsu Province?
If so, I am afraid that there is no west train station in that city as far as I know. There are only two train stations in that city, the Changzhou Train Station and North Train Station.
From JZ to Changzhou, there is only one bullet train to reach Changzhou Train Station, which will cost you about six hours and a half to reach and the ticket fare is about 273 for second class seat.0
