hi, i want to bring my mom for cryotherapy treatment for breast cancer.how can i get VISA

Just apply for a China tourist visa with an disease proof from a state-owned hospital. If you have select a certain hospital in China, then ask the hospital to provide you an invitation letter would be more helpful.
