From Lido Hotel to Guangzhou main station

Hi, there are two main train stations there. Which one do you mean?
If you refer to the Railway Station, you can walk from the hotel to Gongyuanqian MTR Station to take subway line 2 and get off at Railway Station MTR Station. Getting out from Exit D4, you can walk to the train station in several minutes. The whole journey takes about 20min and costs CNY2.
If you mean the local East Railway Station, you can take subway line 1 at Gongyuanqian MTR Station, get off at East Railway Station MTR Station and then walk to the train station. The whole journey takes about 40min and costs CNY4.

Typo error. I mean how to go to GZ Main Station from Lido Hotel. Which way is faster, by taxi or subway? How much is taxi fare from Lido Hotel to GZ main station.

Can I buy train ticket at local East Station for train no 2571, 4.52pm depart from local Main Station. If can which counter. For ur info I will continue my journey from GZ to Hanoi via Nanning.

Generally, taxi certainly will be much faster than MTR. The taxi fare should be around CNY15.

You can buy train ticket for no. 2571 at the East Railway Station. Don't worry! The train station operates 24h service. So you can just go there and buy a ticket at any counter.

From the East Railway Station to Lido Hotel, taxi shall be faster, but MTR is cheaper. Both of the transport means are convenient.
