About:China Train

Can a bought ticket be used by a foreigner?

Hi! A friend invited me to spend a few days with in her hometown in Shanghai. She said she has an extra ticket but it is named after her husband. I am a foreigner. Can I use the ticket instead? We will be coming from Shenzhen.
