How to go to Ramada Plaza Hai Hua Hotel from xiaoshan airport? How much to paid if by taxi ?

If by taxi for the whole way, the taxi costs is around CNY100. A cheaper way for you is to take the airport shuttle bus to its final stop at the downtown area, then take a taxi to the hotel.
