Do we get visa for hongkong on ferry terminal in hongkong?

We are going from bangkok to macau. We plan to stay 2 nights in macau & 2 nights in hongkong. From macau to hongkong we will go by ferry. Visa for macau we will get at macau airport. But from where do we get one for hongkong and also how to get to macau airport from hongkong.
