Wondering about Kowloon and Causeway Bay.

I would like to ask about which hotel i should stay between the excelsior in causeway bay(do you have another suggest with a great room,because this hotel dont have a po.ol)bay n royal plaza in kowloon.l will travel to hongkong on jan 1,2013 till jan 7,2013. i will there on jan 1,2013 at 8.30 pm, and i amstill looking fora nearest hotel which easy to get a transport to shenzhen on jan 2,2013 till jan 4,2013. Im travelling with 2 kids and my wife.i will look forward to your information. Thank you for your attention.
