Service&Delivery fee

Is the ticket delivery mandatory? Is the electronic ticket available (avoiding CNY150(US$25) additional cost)? Many thanks

Hi, as I know, only the Chinese ID card can be used for e-tickets. For passengers with passports, they need to hold the tickets take the G trains.
