Hi, the latest weather forecast shows that the lowest temperature in early Jan. will be -31C and the highest one will be -21C. Obviously, the chilly weather needs warm clothes. So snow boots, gloves and scarf of good quality are needed. Down jacket and wool trousers can be prepared then.
