About:FAQ of Chinese Visa Application

invitation of stay

where do you get an invitation of stay? is it ok just to provide the details of the hostel that i will be staying at?

Hi, if you do not know anyone in China, you can just provide round-trip flight ticket and hotel bookings, invitation letter is not necessary.

great thanks very much, i plan to tavel overland to singapore via vietnam etc will it be an issue that i onnly have a single flight into beijing and then travel oveland out of the country/?

It is ok but you should write this information in the application form, and provide your itinerary if possible.
