About:Special Services of Hong Kong Airport Express

Free shuttle bus to Metropark Hotel Kowloon?

Hi, Will like to know there is a shuttle bus K5 to Metropark Hotel Kowloon, can you advise the below:
1) Is this free of charge? Or need to purchase the Airport Express ticket from MTR?
2) Need to provide airline ticket if it is free or to purchase the MTR?
3) Where to take the K5?

Hi, it is totally free. No charge is needed with the condition that you need take the Airport Express Train to reach Kowloon Station first. Showing your Airport Express Train ticket, you can board the bus then. Upon your getting off from the express train, you can easily find the boarding places of the free buses according to the direction signs.

So it is advisable to purchase the Airport Express Travel Pass - 2 Airport Express Ride with unlimited ride?

The free shutttle bus K5 can take you from Kowloon Station to your hotel. But you have to take the Airport Express Train to reach there first. If you are staying in HK for several days, the Express Travel Pass with 3 days unlimited ride on MTR is advised. If not, just a single journey ticket is ok.
