About:Chinese Embassy in U.S.A.

Hi, I am holding Chinese passport, how can i add my married name on the passport?

I am still waiting for my greencard, but i do have my Employment Authorization Card and my state ID issued by State of Wisconsin, how can i add or change my name on my passport? My name on the Employment card and ID are shown as my married name, and i am going back to China to visit my parents, will there be any problem when i come back to the US because my name on the passport and my ID are different?
Thank you for your time?

You should apply for change of the name on your passport at the local embassy or consulate of China before going back to China to visit your parents.
