I will stay one night in Macau and return to HK and stay 3 nights and fly back to India from HK.

Thanks for the reply.
Also I want to go immediately to Macau from HKIA, so can I board the ferry to Macau from HKIA without clearing the immigration at HKIA. Also what is the frequency of the ferry.

Immigration and customs checks are not required. Don't worry, ferry there generally departs every two hours.
