Do the rice Terraces have water alsready in April in Longsheng?

Hello,
I want to vist the Rice Terraces in between April 20 and April 30. Are the terraces already filled with water at this time?

Not all of the terraces have water during your visit. Generally speaking, the middle time of May is the best time for visiting, because most of the terraces are filled with water then.
