I'm afraid no free shuttle bus is available. And the last Airport Express Train leaves the airport at 00:48, so you can still narrowly catch the train at that time. You need get off at Kowloon Station, where you can take a taxi to your hotel directly.
Besides, the Airport Shuttle Bus may also be a nice choice for you for sake of money saving. Bus no. N21 or N21A can take you to Prudential Centre, Nathan Road. Upon your arrival, you can walk to your hotel in several minutes.

The hotel has no cooperation with the free shuttle buses, so the bus may take you nearby, but not exact location.

Also, I have to tell you that the free shuttle bus just run between HK Station or Kowloon station and major hotels and railway interchanges. To take the bu, passengers need to show proof of eligibility including Airport Express train ticket, Airline ticket / boarding pass, Airport Staff Octopus Card, Asia World-Expo entry pass or event ticket.
