Visiting Xi'an for 2 weeks

Hi,
4 of us are planning to stay 2 nights to visit the Huaqing Hot spring, Mt. Lishan and Terracotta Warriors & Horses.
After that proceed to stay 1 night at Mt. Huashan. Would you recommend the hotel that is conveniently to travel
around when we visiting these places?. Is 1 night stay enough for visiting Mt. Huashan and back to Xian?
We also planing to visit Yan'an and Hukou Waterfall, how many days is enough to cover these places? and the
hotels to stay, please advise.
