Buses from Lijiang To Dali

As mentioned in this website there are two Bus station where I can get a bus to Dali, I think one is a long distances bus and the other is a express bus, what is the diferent between the two cos they are taking the same hours to reach Dali only little different in fares and which one would be better if we plan to travel in the morning.
