Can i send my passport to my friend then he will come with his and my passport to put application...it is ok or i most come there by my self ... we are both swedish citízen

Yes, you can pass your application to your friend if you do not want to go in person. But please check carefully if you both are under the consular district of the embassy or consulate so that you can apply from the same office.
