One of the biggest challenges for you at work in 2013 year is to accept that all eyes will not always be on you. You do like to be the center of attention and you like for everyone to listen to you when you speak. But the truth is that at work sometimes this is simply not possible. Unless you are the owner of a business, you are going to have to accept that your ideas won't always take center stage.
