french citizen, resident in gurgaon with current employment visa. wish to apply for multiple entries

i have no solid dates, first trip planned mid jan 2013. i need to visit different suppliers of my for various projects in different cities and at different time. my current india work permit ends in feb 2013 but will be renewed. i have sufficient pages in my passport exipring in 2015. can i apply at consulate directly or must i go thru VSF services. i have obtained F visas on several occasions for my work
