Will Dec. Rat and Feb. Rat (both were bron in 1960) make a good pair ?

To some extent, yes. Love and passion never lack in their relationship. But maybe they stay together for too much time and no sense of mystery lies between the two rat any more, which would make the life in short of attraction. So I suggest they can spare enough personal space for each othr and try to make some unforgettable memory to make life more colorful. By that, a promising future will be the result of the relationship.
