How is weather like in February 2013 in Jiuzhaigou ? Is it a good to visit at this perod of time ?

It is cold during Feb with a low temperature around 0C. It is possible to snow during that time. You may view another wonderful snow landscape at this scenic area during Feb. Well, warm clothes are necessary.
