VISA FOR MACAU FOR ONE DAY

Good morning , I am travelling with 5 friends to Macau, we are from Argentina and we will arrive to Macau from Bali, we will stay for 1 day and then take a ferry to Hong Kong to stay for 4 days there before getting our flight to Amsterdam. Do we need visa?? If so, how do we get it, can it be on arrival? Thanks
