Which one would be easier for me to go from airport to W Hotel at Kowloon area? By shuttle bus (if there's any) or by Airport Express Train?

There is no free shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel. The best way for you is to take bus A11 and get off at Western Harbour Crossing Toll Plaza, then walk about 100m, you will see the hotel.
