About:Chengdu Shuangliu Airport

Do I have to use an agency when flying with my dog as cargo or can i do this myself?

Agency is not needed, because the airport can do it for you. You dog can be checked as your luggage, but the procedure is complex, so I advise you to ask your airline first. They can tell you the detail information.
