visa to china from iraq

hi am usa citien in iraq i am baying complete water prudattion line form china i want apply for visa and i will tookwith me more then $50.000 as down payment for those machine .in iraq there is no consular office . can i apply by mail and i will send my passport to embessy ,can i do that? thanks for your help sincerely bahaddin

Hi, in your situation, you need to apply for a business visa to China. Invitation letter from a China company is required. AS I know, this can not be done by mail or post. You can  try to contact the Economic and Commercial Counselor's Office in Iraq for more details:Tel: +964-7901912304
