About:Chinese Consulate in Zurich

I LIVE IN SWITZERLAND AND HAVE A "AUSLAENDER AUSWEIS" RICONFIRMED TILL 2017.
I INTEND TO VISIT MY CHINESE WIFE IN SHANGHAI. AS I AM IN SPAIN FOR THE NEXT 15 DAYS I WANT TO ASK IF I CAN ASK FOR THE CHINA VISA IN MADRID SO TO AVOID RETURNING TO ZUERICH.
I HAVE ALL DOCUMENTS "PASSPORT AND AUSLAENDER AUSWEIS" BY ME.

So you are citizen of Spain but have been living in Switherland for many years? if yes, you can apply both in Switherland and Spain for your convenience.
