Can I get out the airport for 53h of transit at Shanghai Pudong Airport ?

I'm actually in SH. I have no more entry in China on my visa which means if I leave the country, I won't be allowed to come back for more than 48h of transit. Actually, I'll come back in Shanghai on 16th of january at 6pm but my flight connection to my home country is on 18th of january at 11pm (So 53h later). Do you think I will get on trouble since I have to get out the airport the pick up my stuff before getting back to my home country ?

Thank you very much for your answers.

Hi, my wife has a phillipine passport, and for 5 years SCHENGEN Resident Visa from Luxembourg. Are we allowed to get out at Shanghai airport for 72 hours, before we continue our trip direction Philippines with another plane.

Thank you

Your wife is not available to enjoy the 72-hour free transit, since she has a Philippine Passport. When applying to enjoy this policy, only the passport is valid.
