You may think about Charms Hotel. It is a nice 3 star hotel located at 619 Jiu Jiang Road, Huangpu District which is near to East Nanjing Road. As for hala food, you can think about Hong Chang Xing Mutton Hot Pot at 10F, No. 288, North Guangxi Road, Huangpu District, near East Nanjing Road.
