Do the shops close in Liwan Plaza during Chinese New Year 2013. What dates? Thank you

Usually, it closes from the Chinese New Year's Eve to Jan. 8 on Chinese Lunar Calendar. In 2013, it is from Feb 9 to Feb 18.
