How to get to Yongding/Hukeng from Fuzhou?

I am from Singapore and wish to see tulou. We are visiting China soon. What is the best & shortest way to Hukeng/Yongding?

You can take bus from FZ to Longyan first, then transfer to the special bus from Longyan to Tulou.
