About:China Embassy in Thailand

Holidays

HI - I am in BKK and would like to travel to Beijing on Jan 9. Will the consulate be open on Jan 2 - or are there holidays? Will i have the visa by Jan 8? How much should it cost - I am a canadian citizen. Thanks!

The Consular Section of the Chinese Embassy will close to the public on December 5th, 10th, 31st, 2012 and January 1st , 2013 for Thai holidays. January 2nd is working day. BTW, you'd better apply now if you have time. Fee is THB 1,100 for a single entry.
