need kunming tour details

dear sir,if we woulld  like to travel by train from KM to Dali or Lijiang  either train tikets want  purchaeses  eiarlier or on the same day? I need your opnion. tq

It depends. If you plan to travel around the Chinese holidays, such as National Day Holiday, Middle Autumn Day and Spring Festival, you'd better book the ticket in advance. Though, you may also fail to get a train ticket. If during the normal days, you can buy it on the same day. Anyway, the train ticket in China is a little difficult to get sometimes. Thanks  for your reply.my  KM  travel program on 11th to 16th JAN 2013. I need your openion. travel to lijiang, Dali from KMG wich way is better?,cheaper,short travel hours.TRAN or BUS?

I suggest you take train for your journey which is cheaper and more comfortable than bus.
