It will be a little cold in Jan.  At that time, the average temp is about 2C or around. So you need wear thick sweater and wool overcoat then. While in March, it starts to be warmer and the average temp climbs to 8-10C and the late days of this month will be warmer. But the frequent rain may happen then, so you shall take along the umbrella or the rainy gear.
