I'm going to Changsha this winter, from Jan to March, what is the weather in this period?

It will be a little cold in Jan. At that time, the average temp is about 2C or around. So you need wear thick sweater and wool overcoat then. While in March, it starts to be warmer and the average temp climbs to 8-10C and the late days of this month will be warmer. But the frequent rain may happen then, so you shall take along the umbrella or the rainy gear.1

oh, i was afraid that it might be colder than here in Russia, but i see that it's not so) the average temp of Jan here is 20-30 C below 0. thank you for the information!)1
