its possible that china embassy will give me a visa again?

Hi!! i am marinet rosarito im just wanna ask if the china embassy will give me a tourist visa again? i was there in china last oct 18 2012 and i want to come back again maybe next year.i have a bussiness.what is the requirments to apply a new one? my friend help me to apply it before that's why i never know...can you help me answer my quistion?thank you very much.....
