About:Chinese Embassy in Philippines

where will i apply for chinese visa?

I'm invited by a relative and a friend to visit them in hongkong and then we would travel to china. Do i have to apply for a chinese visa here in the philippines or in hongkong? They will send an invitation letter and a letter of support, must i have a bank statement and a 100k deposit?

yes, you should apply for a Chinese visa in advance in Philippines. You can not get it in Hong Kong. The bank statement is required.
