I am a Belizean national visiting family in Sri Lanka. Would I be able to get a visa to visit China from your embassy there? I usually have to apply and wait for about a month to get it from Jamaica, however, because I will be visiting Sri Lanka, I do not have sufficient time to send my passport away to get it through the usual route. Thanks.

I am afraid not, because you may be asked to provide residence permit in Sri Lanka or other documents.
