i am coming in shenyang at december what is the temprature in winters?

what type of clothes should i bring?

It will be chilly then, with the average temp of about -10C. So you'd better prepare some thermal clothes in advance, such as wool coat or down jacket and Long John. And the wool gloves and scarf are also suggested to be taken.
