About:Chinese Embassy in Philippines

Does it mean I have to have a total balance of 100k upon opening my bank account 6 mos before?

does it mean I have to have a total 100k balance 6 months upon opening my account?

I happen to plan to travel with a friend this coming Febuary but there seems to be a problem with my companion because of her account.She was able to open an account last September but we did not put enough money to reach th e required minimum amount when we opened. but we plan to put the min amount required this month.Do you think he willl be able to obtain a visa?

You'd better contact the embassy officers for more details. As I know, they are very strict in requirements. She may not be able to be granted visa if the documents do not meet their requirements.
