hi i wld like to go there on 19 dec 2012, is there any ice festival at mount qipan and how to travel from SY city to mount qipan? can we walk around by ourself ? how to go to airport to the city.tq

The Ice Festival at Mt. Qipan will be open in the early January, so you may just enjoy other views or resorts there during middle December. Actually, bus no. 168 or 330 can take you to the scenic area. You can surely walk around for visit. And the skiing resorts at Mt. Qipan is suggested. Do you mean from the downtown to the local airport? Well, there are airport shuttle buses at Maluwan Station, which is near the local railway station, taking to the airport.
