About:China Postal Service

Can anybody give me the e-mail adress of the China Postal?

Can anybody give me the e-mail adress of the China Postal where can I ask some information about my package? I'm waiting for my package for 8 weeks and it hasn't arrived to Hungary. Accourding the hungarian Postal tracking system the package has't arrived to the country yet. But where is my package, and where can I ask more details? Tracking number: RA559873188CN

China post does not have such kind of email address. I helped you to look for it and I found that this parcel is still in Shanghai according to the information updated in October, 18th.
I think you can call 11183 for help. It is the service of China Post.

Thank you Alice. But to call the China Post from Hungary is a little bit difficult, that's why I wanted a email address.
