can i go to singapore on dec?. im 4 months pregnant now and im not yet married

im 4 months pregnant now but i want to go to singapore to visit my family, do i need any documents to pass to the Philippine immigration, my fiance is working in singapore, do the immigration questioning about it?

In view to your special situation, I advise you go to the local Entry and Exit depertment of Phlippines to make an enquiry about this in person.
