Hi, actually the electeic buggy can just stop at the main scenic spots near Yanping Road, Zhaohe Road and others. The best way for Gulangyu travel is to go for the trip on foot. But I'm afraid there is no an English version route of it. Maybe you can get a Chinese one on the spot.
