ill be staying at Lido htl,Beijing road guangzhou.How to go to shenzhen by train?from which station?

You can ask the hotel staff to find the right postion of Gongyuanqian Subway Station near the hotel and then walk to that station. Taking subway line 2 to reach Railway Station where you can find the bullet trains for Shenzhen.
