Your hotel is very close to Wan Chai Station of MTR, so it is suggested to go there to take the Island Line to reach Central Station. Getting out of the station from Exit J2 and walk up to the ground level. Turn right, through Chater Garden, cross Queen's Road Central, and make your way up Garden Road. Then you can see the Peak Tram Station where you can take it to reach the peak.
After that you can go to Hong Kong Station to take the Tung Chung Line to reach Sunny Bay Station where you can find the Disneyland Resort Line to reach there directly.
