Please, advise me the bus route from Mui Wo to Hong Kong Central during the day time and after mid-night.

During the day time, the best way is to take the ferry from Mui Wo to reach Central Pier.At midnight, if you can leave before 23:30 from Mui Wo, you still can take the ferry, otherwise, it is hard to take a bus to reach at that time. You can choose to take taxi if you leave so late.
