where should i apply for chinese visa?

Canadian citizen visiting Philippines, want to visit Beijing on the way back to Canada, can I apply for a Chinese visa from Manila or should it be from Toronto? What will be required ?

Hi, you'd better contact the embassy first, as I know, they do not accept application from short-time visitors. The last option for you is to mail back your application to Toronto.
