indonesian passport voa in luohu shenzhen-entering from hkg

Hi, am an Indonesian passprt holder and need to know if VOA in Luohu is still applicable? i'll be traveling to hongkong & planning to go SZ. i heard the policy has changed? i was able to buy the VOA a few years ago. i just learned about the news and not enough time to apply the visa in advance as i'm leaving for hkg soon.

Hi, as i know, it is possible if you use a travel agent. If time permits, you can apply for a China visa in advance using urgent service. It is safe.
